Introduction Benefit for members How to become a member ?

Multinational companies like Airbus, Siemens and small and middle size firms have contributed together to define the GE4 strategy. Starting our activities in 1996 with exchange programmes for engineering students, we now administrate 5 programmes with the US, South East Asia, Latin America, Japan and Russia. More than 2 500 students had a benefit of studying abroad to develop their scientific, linguistic and interpersonal skills.

Our main focus today is to provide a well internationally trained workforce to our industrial members; we also advise companies in their Human Resources Management and give them a broader access to the international markets through a better mutual understanding. We intend to offer a global service in HR, consulting on continuous education, international recruitment and mobility issues, post-merger integration and training programmes.

Since 2004, we are administrating a web-based tool for Airbus, in order to pre-select students for the internship opportunities offered to engineering and business students . For more information, please check www.airbus.com, under careers center (internship opportunitites).

The benefit for GE4 members is primarily the possibility to take part in the association's activities, to attend our annual meetings, to welcome high level students with an international background for internship periods and contribute to define new projects in the management of Human Resources.
